Very large outdoor area with pool table and bbq.

Only two sun beds between four was poor. Very open patio area but too open to busy pedestrian route. Lounge seating was not very comfortable - very low and needs replacing. Downstairs bathroom was very poor with very inaccesible bath and poor shower which had to be hand held to get spray of water! Spiral staircase to both upper and lower level bedrooms/bathrooms was just dangerous - no handrails!
