It is a good family sized property with 2 car parking spaces close to Friday Flat and easy for children to get to lessons

Not very clean, chairs spotted with food, queen bed about to fall apart, no soap in toilet, no dishwashing liquid, hardly any tea spoons. Told to keep clean, but no cleaning materials. We always try to clean thoroughly before we leave. After paying top dollar, told to strip beds or be fined $10 per person!

The place was not clean ; oodles of food and debris under the couches ( Kids moved the couches slightly to get more comfortably and found food and debris under each couch ). No basic items like salt and pepper ( lots of empty containers ) Lack of fire wood on arrival ( 4 small logs ) The regulated 4.00 pm check is very late . Didn't understand why we were asked what was our arrival time as the option to request earlier access is not possible , as 4..00 pm check in is a fixed immovable time , as access codes are sent by sms at 4.00 pm on the dot !!

Couple of the beds need updating

Nice little family or group lodge. Nice quiet location amoungst the trees. Good facilities and well equipped kitchen.

Only a couple small things. A number of lights need new bulbs and a bit of dusting. Tree outside needs trimming away from the roof as it scrapes loudly in the wind.
