Location. Spent just one night with my husband and son and I can't fault the apartment. It's basic but comfortable and well fitted out. The location is exceptional for seeing the historical sights and the centre

Just small attention to detail. Clocks weren't working as needed new batteries. Door keypad was temperamental but always worked in the end. Very small as everything else was fabulous

The property needs a lot of attention. Black mould in the bathroom, faulty shower head, flickering kitchen light and we needed three electric jugs before one would not trip the electric circuit board and shut down all power in the apartment. There was only aid conditioning in the lounge which struggled in a two bedroom apartment.

The bed upstairs was very uncomfortable. The bed downstairs was damp initially, we had to dry it out by using the aircon unit. Saturday nights were very noisy

We didn't stay here because there was an issue with the apartment so stayed elsewhere. This is why I've marked it down the middle.

Good communication in the lead up to check in where upon I was met by a charming young lady who let me in. These apartments are great! I had one for 1-2 people with a roof terrace. Which got the sun from first thing till around 2-3pm, it was lovely. I thought it was a fantastic location as I love the plaza de San Francisco and all the cafes, bars and restaurants around it. The new archaeology park based on the Roman Forum is amazing! And is just round the corner from the plaza. A short walk will take you to all the shops and the impressive marina with the national maritime museum. I have been to Cartagena more than several times and it is a stunning place, the architecture is special here. And these apartments are a great place to base yourself to explore around it. I am very pleased with my choice.🙂

The apartment was fine for a short stay in Cartagena. The location is excellent and the parking just across the street was secure and convenient. We were met by a friendly host who explained all the check-in and out procedures very well. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, if a bit dark.

Location was ideal, in city centre. The size of the apartment was great, big enough for at least 6 people, and it was just the 2 of us staying. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

Quite noisy at night time and also during daytime. There were metallic noises, as if there was a big gate being hit, quite often and this was very disrupting.

The location was great for exploring the city and its sights. There were lots of restaurants and bars close by too.

The apartment was functional but not particularly cosy. It would have been nice to have had a bathroom towel and shower mat, as well as perhaps a couple of bottles of water left in the fridge. Also the shower head wouldn't stay in the holder, so this needs fixing.

Excellent location and everything we wanted, apart from a bath was in the apartment.

I didn’t feel safe sitting on the settee in the lounge as it wasn’t zipped in and kept sliding forward unfortunately.

Excellent location in the town , walking distance to all the sites , bars and restaurants. Very quiet and comfortable apartment, felt very secure entering and leaving the apartment. Check in was very straightforward and good communication before and during the stay . Had a terrace so was great to sit outside in the morning having breakfast..

Everything worked out well so no complaints.. could do with a few more items in the kitchen for coffee ☕ and basic items like sugar , olive oil etc

Location was fabulous and parking very reasonably priced. Very clean. Beds very comfortable! Good communication from staff. It was basic but very good for price.

The fridge was ready for the bin, cold but very rusty! The mezzanine bedroom was a useful edition but no privacy, no hanging space for clothes, stairs rickety and noisey.. With the installation of interior pipework situated directly above the bed it made sleeping very difficult with the constant sound of dripping and running water which periodically was very loud. It was like Chinese torture.

The apartment had a foul odor in the bathroom and apartment. The noise from neighbors was so loud until at least 2 AM. The loft bedroom had a water pipe directly above that made noise all night. We barely slept. So bright from the window in the living room that shines into the loft bedroom.

The standard of organisation and friendliness of all concerned with our trip was faultless, well done. The help and guidance we received made a well needed, trouble-free mini holiday so easy to do, we will be back soon.

The only 2 upsets I had was firstly, when enjoying the copious amounts of hot water available , the shower curtain was a little too short to do it's job properly, I made a mess, sorry. The other upset was having to go home eventually.

The location was fantastic and car parking opposite (extra cost) was really handy. We had one of the terrace apartments and the terrace was private , large and lovely to sit and have a drink on in the sun. Paloma the host that met us was lovely and made us feel very welcome.

The apartment was a little tired. The kitchen could do with a refurbishment. The shower , although there was a curtain the water went all over the bathroom floor. The mattress on the bed was very hard and shorter than the base which meant our feet hung over it.

Our GPS only took us to a nearby street and we weren't sure where to go. We phoned the number we had, and a lovely young lady literally came out to find us. She then met us at the space we had to park the car and took us to our room. All very much appreciated. The apartment was very spacious, bright and well equipped and next time we'll stay longer as the location is excellent.
