The room was great, had everything we needed. Very big size and clean. The host Palitha was amazing. He was very kind and even took us on a day tour to Sigiriya. Would definitely recommend staying here !

Everything about the place. The person who came down to answer me after I had to call him out while standing at the so called reception said people have not moved out yet so there is no room and asked me to leave my bag with him and come back later. The place smells like there is a hoader living there. The pictures on booking.com are so deceiving. I would never reccomend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience with this family - polite, smiling, kind, absolutely good feeling about owner. He detected that restaurant staff wanted to overpriced me for 40% up from regular menu cause im tourist! So he saved my money, big respect, huge even! Cause they are local and he is local he could pretend that all good but he let me know. Staff gave me different menu. So he is very Honest and caring about his guests!!!! They made amazing breakfast and with fabulous view. They helped with laundry, with building tourist directions ( it wasn't so easy with my demands ) etc, and they never said no. Only positive feelings! Highly recommend!

The hosts were very nice people, and the breakfast amazing. The area and fuesthouse are quiet, and the wifi was working well. The bathroom was sparkling clean
The sheets could be changed (very old and ripped in some places), and the room could be cleaner: there was dust on the tables and dirt under the matress

Clean spacious room with great view close to Kandy town. Great value with a nice traditional breakfast served on the balcony. Best of all was the friendly helpful and informative owner.

The staff was very nice and the breakfasts were large with fresh fruit! The room was good for the price, mosquito net and fan included. A 15-20 minute walk to the main sites in Kandy.
The bathroom had a smell coming from it, it was fine when the door was shut but if left open it filled the room.

I really like this place because it is close to kinder town but once we get into the room the quiet and peacefulness of the environment is remarkable. The wonderful environment. I think it is worth more than we pay. The host is a very good man.

It is very close to kandy town but the environment is very quiet and peaceful and peaceful. The lady who welcome me is very good and kind. During my stay no one disturbed me. The room is good and comfortable.
The only problem was hot water but I don't complain about it because the climate was not so cold

First of all you can't hear the city noice with all the vehicle's terrible horn sounds. That is a big surprise. Facility was clean and well maintained. View from the room was good enough. Owner is very friendly and attentive to the needs of the guest. From there you can reach to many places even by foot.
Afterall it's worthy for the price you pay.
If I visit kandy again I would book the same. !!

Location was calm. Rooms were clean and had enough space. Comfortable beds. Had a separate smaller bed too. Good value for money.
Person was drunk when we arrived. Their drinking went on for another few hours right next to our room. Not a good first impression.

The room was really clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel' s location in a quiet neighborhood of the noisy city. Nice decoration and beautiful place. Definitely a fun place to stay for singles and couples. Great budget hotel.
