Location, close to shops, cafes, hotels and RSL. Presentation, neat and tidy with undercover parking.
Bathroom needed more vanity space and hooks to hang clothes.

Clean room smelled fresh had space to relax without having to sit on the bed. Staff i interacted with were friendly. Close to town centre.

Location handy. Easy to find. Easy to park. The place was convenient and well appointed. It had everything I needed. I appreciated having a hard copy folder with maps, attractions and menus.
I would have loved to have a coffee pid machine, but I do realise that most places do not provided these.

Easy to find
Very unpleasant and unwelcoming staff. The room and bed linens were not clean. The bed was on wheels and not comfortable. Cold in the night with very thin synthetic blanket

Stayed at Ararat Motel for 1 night, the motel was very clean, and the bed was very comfy. l would highly recommend if anyone is looking for accommodation in Ararat this is the place to stay at.

it had everything you needed, it was clean and the staff were friendly.

Good location about a 15/20 minute walk u to town ; we like to walk. So it was perfect for us!
Lovely room old but nice. Very clean apartment and great bathroom, white and clean.very functional; big shower lots of counter space. it was quiet no traffic noise. Nice pleased with our night stay.

The room was clean and neat. Check in was easy and quick.
No-one in the reviews had mentioned the noise from the highway (truck) as well as train noise. I am a light sleeper and found it very noisy during the night. I also found the bed uncomfortable - every time my partner turned the bed moved a lot which made sleep even more difficult.
A small aside - There was a bedside lamp but nowhere for it to plug into so I was not able to read before bed.
