Trucks driving past all night. Thin walls. could hear everything the couple in the next room were doing. Everything!!! Multiple times!!!!!!

The room was good and clean. But there was nothing to say how to control te electronics
Reception was closed on arrival at 5pm despite having advised of our arrival time. We had to phone to get told how to access the room. There was no one at reception in the morning and so no access to breakfast despite being told when we booked that there would be breakfast available.
It was so impersonal that we would never stay there again and will advise our friends to steer clear as well.
The hospitality business is run on personal contact and these people have no idea how important that is.

It's had a homey feel for a motel, I relaxed and slept well, and it delivered on all my needs.
I like coffee, but not a massive fan of Nescafe. No big deal, though :)

For a motel next to a highway & railway line it was was not as noisy as I thought it would be.
Need to update the information provided in the rooms particularly the opening hours for reception.

The room was spacious, pleasant decor and supplied with 2 comfortable armchairs as well as upright chairs for table activities.
I was disappointed that the TV was only Foxtel, no free to air. Need to be careful not to slip on the bathroom tiles.

The recently renovated bathroom was amazing! The kitchenette with sink deep enough for the kettle is a genius move!

A little noisy being close to the highway and railway, but ok.

The Bed was comfy and significant as we upgraded to the King Bed. The owner was lovely. Very clean just a few issues we had that need to be looked at. Great to have Foxtel but it would have been good if there was a list we could see what was on.
The Heater was not working even after the staff looked at it. TV Remotes batteries need changing. No Exchust fan working in the bathroom.
