the stuff were very helpful 😍 however the flat was not very clean when i arrived, the location is close to the center, and there was no parking, but it was warm and good for a short stay …

Great location near train station and shops. Very clean. Good basic kit (shampoo, body wash, dishwasher tablets etc)

Bit of a struggle to fit more than 2 people. Although there is the the sofa bed, the table is only big enough for 2 so eating was a bit of a struggle

Stale smell when opening door .stained carpet ,blanket ,cushions ,and mattress in bedroom .spare duvet disgusting. photos taken. Bathroom too small hit bath when opening door ,bath chipped no handrail to access bath and no slip mat . ,shower curtain needs replacing we could not use .Toilet does not flush properly sink plug not working. In the kitchen cups stained ,pans chipped ,I spent an hour cleaning to my standard. windows dirty on inside but as we were up for a wedding I did not do this. WHY were we charged £60 for cleaning ,NOT my idea of a luxury apartment,
