Peaceful and quiet property, great value for money.

The care taken by the host to ensure we were comfortable and knew where to go was superb. A lovely quiet and private place.

Exceptional

Beautiful view from above over the river far below, and the most beautiful birds and nature sounds. Secure property, very clean, comfortable and spacious. Lots of privacy with own parking and outside area to sit and relax while enjoying the river view below. Highly recommended.

Relaxing value for money stay.

My second stay here, the hosts are friendly and very helpful. The bedroom as well as the bathroom is large and well appointed. Bed is super comfortable, The unit has a full kitchen which will be nice should you want to self cater. I again enjoyed relaxing on the outside patio with views of the river and distant farmland.

A little gem in Gonubie

I had communications problems and the host went the extra mile to help me. Bathroom and kitchenette were really nice. Other extra things were thrown in free of charge. People were friendly and domestic staff were competent and discrete. General atmosphere was positive and relaxed

Place is a little tricky to find at first (although it ended up being nice to be a little away from the tourist strip)

Tranquility at a budget price.

Exceptional hosts, they are very friendly and helpful. views of river and farmlands very nice. Place is easy to find with extensive directions provided by Trudie. Bed very comfortable all fittings and equipment very good and in good working order. Good value for money. Very nice outside area where you can have a braai.

Loved the stay, rested a lot. Pity about WiFi probs, and gravel road to property.

I loved the location secure and serene

The step to my apartment, too many dogs, was not easy to find and trouble with WiFi, gravel road to reach property.

Disappointing

Cleanliness and the service...the veiws

The gravel road was unexpected please disclose this on the websites The bad wifi was unbearable basically non existing. The were no extra blankets.

Superb

The place is close to a mall which has various options for shopping and is close to the main road, easily accessible on the map/GPS and there's bolt and other delivery services for none drivers like I was.

The access to the gate, as it is far for a remote control to let in an Uber driver for pickup, I had to bother Trudie every time we needed to be picked up or walk to the gate, otherwise everything else is perfect.

More than what meets the eye

Need to go back again for more

Everything that we needed was there. Comfortable beds, nice braai facilities. The smaller details are taken care of that most other places don't even see. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would definitely go back again.

The only thing that was a negative was that our stay was too short. Although we are not TV people, it would be nice to have a bit more in the entertainment side but even that was adequate and not a deal breaker for us.
