The unit was lovely, clean and very comfortable and exact to the pictures on the booking agent. The location is beautiful, hence why we always lovely staying at The Dunes.

Lack of a few utensils... braai tongs, bottle opener, hairdryer and load shedding devices. Maybe a rechargeable light on the staircase as the staircase is spiral and in darkness could be a hazard. The towels provided are quite small and for a family of four an extra towel or two would not go a miss. There is no TV service at all, although there is a DSTV machine, we were not aware of this. Not having Wi Fi.

Location and ease of use was great.

The Tv was very poor quality and the speakers did not work properly. There was no Dish sponge, salt, coffee or tea. There was also a gentleman that let himself into the unit while we were there without knocking and he said it was to take the rubbish but we were not informed that this would happen.

location was the highlight just 3 min walk to the beach and 5 mins to shops and other visited locations

stove didn’t work, toaster kept tripping microwave is on its last legs

braai grid and thongs were not clean, no housekeeping during our stay- no black bags in the dustbin- usually when staying at the dunes we had a housekeeper come in every morning

location, perfect. children loved the resort, access to everything, and felt safe.

Lighting outside not good. Braai area was very dark. Pillows were too soft with no options, we all struggled a bit with the pillows

The owner of the unit was very nice and the unit were very nice.

The Dunes Resort Manageres is not a nice person.

I liked everything about the dunes resort , the staff is also very friendly
