I'm extremely impressed by the service rendered to me by the hotel staff. Especially Mr 席, the manager, who helped me book day tours, drove me to the pick-up venue and sent me back to the hotel after the trip knowing that the travel agent doesn't provide such service. He also showed his care and concern by supplementing me with fruits and mineral water due to the dry weather. He has gone the extra mile to make my stay at the hotel comfortable and pleasant. I am confident that the other guests too will like the service Mr 席 and his staff provides. Hyatt will definitely be one of the hotels I would consider staying in my coming trips!

Modern building in a top end place.

Unfriendly staff, unefficient it took a long time to achieve finally the check in. Parking is terrible small. We asked for a no smoking room and it smells horrible inside.

Convenient location above a mall but a fit far from the center of town. Good and clean facilities, very comfortable bed. Nice changing rooms and swimming pool. Didn't have breakfast since we left very early in the orning, but restaurant area seems nice.

At check-in communication in English wasn't easy but they did their best to answer our questions.
