Fantastic location - easily accessible to the main sites. Large comfortable apartment with all the amenities you would require. Two bathrooms was an added bonus.

There werent any windows you could really look out so once back in the apartment you were pretty cut off from the beautiful city.

The apartment was in an older building at the back of Parlamento. It had a rustic atmosphere with 2 modern bathrooms, comfortable beds and furniture. The building manager was very friendly and helpful. Great apartment for a family stay. The location was excellent!

We had to open the windows occasionally as being an older building the plumbing sometimes got smelly.

The apartment was in an excellent location within walking distance of all the sights. In the heart of Rome it was very quiet at night. It was comfortable and full of character. It was very well equipped so able to prepare own meals The host was very friendly and helpful. He assisted us with our luggage and arranged a driver to transfer us to the airport the day we checked out. We were able to store our luggage for the day which was helpful.

Luciano the host super personal and friendly professional service. Best location near the ministery of Italy , very safe lots of police.

Perfect location, right in the heart of Rome. Luca met us when we arrived and was contactable throughout our whole stay. There is a place to store luggage as well if you need to.

This property was in a safe and central location. It was walking distance to everything. It accommodated 6 guests with room. The bonus was two bathrooms.

The plumbing in the lounge room bathroom did begin to smell.

Luciano was so helpful and the apartment was a great size and clean. It was very close to everything. Next time we're going to Rome we will be looking to book this apartment again

Host was exceptional. Apartment charming and nice. Location was good to all major sites. Has an elevator which was useful.

The location was very central to everything we wanted to see and do in Rome. There was a small Cafe right outside the front door so my wife could get her Caffeine fix every morning. Also it is directly across the street from Parlament making the area very safe to walk around in. Luciano was very accommodating and helpful when we arrived very early prior to check in by storing our bags while we went to explore. Would definitely stay here again if/when. We return to Rome in the Future

Great location to stay in Rome. Close to everything and withing a few minutes you can reach cafés, stores and great restos. Luciano was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations. Would definetly stay there again when in Rome :)

The host was so friendly helpful and accomodating. The property was gorgeous and in an excellent location walking distance of main attractions and quiet for sleeping at night too.

Location was superb, in the heart of the city (Piazza de Spagna) and surrounded by all essential shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. The apartament was big and spacious, the owner was excellent, very kind and serving, asking every day if everything was ok...we felt very welcome and warm. Furthermore, it was arranged in advance by Luca (owner) our pick-up service from the airport since we arrived very late evening, which is a plus :-)

The negative thing in the apartment was the difficulty to open windows, since they were very high located (roof), so this was making the atmoshere not pleasant....plus, the smell of humidity probably coming from such an old traditional building (makes sense of course) in combination with bad air... perhaps they could do something to fix -at least- the option to open windows easily...

Excellent location in central Rome. Easy walk to all main attractions. Attractive safe area and very quiet at night. Lovely historic building. Characterful and spacious property. Modern bathrooms, great water pressure. Well equipped with household supplies. Apartment had both central heating and air conditioning. Host Luciano very helpful.

Furniture is quite quirky and unusual but it didn’t matter to us. There was a drain smell in master bathroom (but it is an old building). Leaving the bathroom window open sorted the problem.
