The was very clean and access into the room via a code was great.

Need some instructions on the use of the heater found it to get to hot and was not sure how to set temp down. The Thermostat would not move down.

More storage space would have been good Needed more space for storing snowboards An additional bench in the lobby would have been handy for getting boots off before entering the apartment

Living areas were comfy for family of four, lovely fireplace.

Perfect size for a family of four. Close to the village - easy to walk. Clean and modern kitchen.

No instructions provided on how to use the Netflix remote. Heating only in living room (gas heater) and bedrooms (wall heater) and not throughout the apartment. Meant the place had cold spots as you’d walk around.
