Mirror in room is not good condition

The location is very Good. Despite of located in a busy area, no noise in the rooms, the calm, the nearby lake with the walking track, the room service, the menu to suit the needs of people from various states, the cleanliness, the courtesy etc. I enjoyed every part of the hotel.

The non availability of many tv channels

it is in Camac street and very close to the park street and all the facilities. it is the most happening area in town.

the roads around are pretty dirty.

Nice stay . Room is clean.. Food is good....

There is a lot to say here. 1. The staff is outstanding. They are helpful, courteous, and were quick to respond to my requests. Given the climate of the city, it's natural to have a few mosquitoes here and there but the staff was quick to help me with a mosquito repellent. 2. The rooms are excellent. They are better than what you would expect for the price you're paying. Amenities are good, bathroom fittings are comfortable to use, and everything is generally on the higher end of mid-scale.

The reason why my review isn't 10/10 is the food. I didn't need the full breakfast buffet so I ordered a medhu vada and tea to my room. I will not comment on the taste of those items as that is very subjective (especially with tea), but I would state that the sambhar that came with the vada was basically just oil. The food had gone cold by the time it reached my room. But this shouldn't be a big problem for most people who are visiting the city and have more time to explore than I did. The hotel is across the street from a Haldiram which has great food.
