Atención del personal muy buena. Desayuno variado, tiene infusiones calientes, jugos naturales, cereales, masitas, huevo. Habitación cómoda y limpia.
Se salía el agua de la ducha y se mojaba todo el baño.

The location is perfect, at the Prado
Super loud guests arriving in the middle of the night, making a lot of noise and being unfriendly after telling them to be silent. Installations in bad conditions, swimming pool without water, not worth the money at all!

The employees were amazing! We loved Nicole and I didn’t write down the names of the other two guys but they went above and beyond what one would expect.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff went out of their way to make it great. The gentleman even asked if we wanted scrambled eggs or omelets. He showed passion in his presentation.
My niece and I were content in our stay there.
