only the elevator (my grandma can't take the stairs anymore)
almost everything, starting with the location. It is centric but the zone is dark and I stayed in better options before.

nice hotel close to the center. everything was great for a comfortable one night stay.
the staff seemed a bit confused about us and our reservation, but that’s probably due to carnaval and high demand at that moment.

Good location, close to downtown and the Prado. Quiet place with friendly staff.
Wifi was a bit sketchy. No shower curtain so the bathroom floor, toilet and counter get wet when you shower.
