absolutely nothing to complain about. close to the city center and close to supermarkets. air conditioning in every room. Marija was an excellent hostess.

This place is simply outstanding! Marija is the best host that you can get - so friendly and helpfull. The place is new and super clean and just perfect. The location is great - easy to go by foot to the main attractions but still feels like in a normal neighborhood and a bit away from the touristcrowd - which felt very good. I was there with a car - parkinglots are available and free and its not hard to find neither. So I strongly recomend booking it.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Split, amazing host. We loved everything and Roza is so supportive, she helped us with everything we needed. The apartment is brand new, very chique and comfortable. What an awesome amazing stay thanks to our wonderful welcoming host Marija! The apartment was fantastic and so close to the center it was just perfect! Marija was so amazing as she showed us all of the amazing places to visit and took us step by step on a map of both delights of split and the surrounding areas, including tasty local treats! We were welcomed with Croatian beer and local fruits which made our day! We were also offered a free late out which was much appreciated. I would totally recommend anyone coming to split to definitely stay here! Thanks again Marija!

Apartment has a great facilities and location near a beautiful park and close to old city center. Owner is very friendly and kind person. We had possibility just relax and enjoy town. No issues with our stay.
