Great location, value for money and the apartment was well maintained and clean.

Excellent location! Close to everything. Easy stroll to Old Town and the restaurants and shops. (Literally a 5 min walk!) The room is very clean and comfortable well appointed with all the necessary amenities. Marin is a super friendly and courteous host, as well as very helpful. He is easy to approach and answers all your questions quickly. Would definitely recommend City Hall. Wish I was staying longer as I only booked for one night before leaving on a tour.

Everything was as described.

- Lack of hot water. The boiler was either small or malfunctioning, so after one of our group had a shower, it was only cold water for some hours. Safe did not work. Battery dead?

Russ and his team were very supportive to accommodate my early arrival and delivery of the keys. Check in was simple, and check out was even easier. The entrance and location is secluded with a Coffee Cafe immediately outside your door. If I ever travel, this would be a venue I would absolutely choose again.

Hot Water could have had a bit more water for a lengthy shower, but overall was very hot and could be used by one person. Multiple uses would yield a colder shower for the second person

there is free parking near apartment, but it is always more then full. I was lucky and find the place, but later for some time couldn't drive away, because of other cars "well parking"

It was close to our breakfast restaurants. Free parking in front of the apartment. Loved the huge mirror. Everything looked quite modern, just as in the pictures, although crammed.

Everything was really crammed, we barely had any space to put our luggage. We eventually started putting everything on the bed. The hair dryer was broken. It was a bit noisy because there was a restaurant next to it. There was no cutlery. I think the name of our apartment was Goran.

Staff attention was amazing. Marin, the owner is an honest and very professional person. Always managed to make us final as local ones. 1000% recommended.

Highly recommend this place. Just a few minutes walk to the nice city centre. Also the host was very kind and helped us with all of our questions!

Wonderful host that let us stay a bit longer in the morning so we could see a little bit more of Split. Everything as on the pictures, fully recommend! 😊

We had very cozy and clean apartment, in perfect location, very close to the city center - at most 5 minutes walk, were welcomed by the host Marin, very kind man, thank you for all recommendations.

The only thing we didn't like was the window view, view like from the basement.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is super clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable and silent. We were able to park at the small street in front of it, for free (but there are lots of parking slots around). It is just a short waking distance from the Golden Gate and from the port, so you can leave the car and take a walk. The owner is very supportive, kind and nice. Will recommend to everyone!
