Nice apartment, perfect for a family group. Very close to the beach and not too far to walk into city centre.

The only issue with this flat is that the kitchen is very small. Think for most people this won't be an issue as there are so many places to eat out, but we like cooking and doing a big meal for everyone staying is a bit of a challenge.

Location was great and the apartment was very spacious. Clean and tidy on arrival. No problems to report.

Nothing really, the stainless steel sink in the en suite but that's personal preference.

The location of the apartment is great. Easy self check in.Just down the street from the beach and just walking distance to other attractions. The space inside was cozy and equipped with lots of amenities.

Parking was difficult especially with a rented suv. I had to circle the block several times looking for parking. The entrance to the building is very dark.

Well situated, clean, and comfortable apartment on a quiet residential street. We were able to find free street parking within a one block radius each time we returned from excursions. About a 15min walk to old town which was helpful not drive into the city as parking in old town Dubrovnik can be a headache. Air conditioning in bedrooms and living spaces. Enough essentials supplied (linens, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent etc.) We found some of our other accommodations in Croatia lacked this. Good communication with host. Easy set up for self check-in and exit. The host was very helpful even after our stay. We requested from him an official government issued e-tourist certificate which helped us get a 50% discount on our Covid testing fee before our return to the US.

Mostly feather-filled bed pillows which wasn’t great for two of my family members with feather allergies, but we managed to find one non feather pillow to use and replaced the other with a throw cushion.

The place is just perfect, located at the beautiful part of Split close to the Bacvice beach just few minutes away from the Old Town. Hosts were very nice and simpatic, they gave us very useful tips!
