A great place to stay in Split

Location - close to restaurants, supermarket, laundromat, city centre Big, clean, modern place Beds were comfortable Host was very helpful, communicated well and efficiently. Always available to answer our questions

Very central, in the lovely old town. Air conditioning was wonderful. Tomo the owner met us at the property and was really helpful throughout our stay.

Perfect central location in quiet back street in clean spacious apartment

Location was excellent- very central yet in a quiet back street so no late night noise. Loved the small balcony. Comfortable beds. Spacious apartment.

Air conditioning was quite noisy so had to turn it off in the bedroom during the night however left living room one on and left bedroom door open so was fine. Ironing board would have been handy to go with iron provided.

Perfect oasis after a long day sight seeing.

The appartament is well located, in a beautiful part of split. Walking distance to the old town Split and surrounding attractions. Huge variety of restaurants to choose from. Great host.

To take into consideration - Even though we knew when making our booking, there is no parking close to the appointment. The closest parking garage is very expensive. But for people flying in or making use of taxis it is perfect.

Lovely apartment in Split

Lovely apartment, very comfortable and great location. Tomo was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We would stay again!

The only critique would be the run down state of the building entry and stairwell. It made us a little nervous when we arrived but once we got to the unit it was as beautiful and just like the pictures.

We were dumb, needy tourists and Tomo helped immensely with parking, luggage, a package delivery and much more! Plus the

Everything! The apartment was beautiful… welcoming, comfortable and conveniently located. It had everything we could ask for as well as a great location — quick walk to restaurants, coffee, Riva and the waterfront. Tomo was extremely responsive and even came to our rescue when we arrived exhausted and needed help.

We loved it here — no problems.

The location was ideal, in a quiet, pretty neighbourhood but just a few minutes walk from the seafront and most of the town’s attractions. Having a mini market at the bottom of the hill was very handy too.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed. It felt recently renovated. The host was very friendly and helpful as well. The location was excellent for exploring the historical Split.

Central comfortable stay in Split in old town with nice host.

Well located, comfortable and clean place. The host was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure that we have a good time. He gave us many tips for things to do around.

Superb

The location was excellent. Just a 2 minute walk to the main area. Very close to everything but a lovely quiet location so no problem sleeping. The beds were comfy and a welcome pack of coffee for the expresso machine a bottle of red wine was a nice touch. Tomo the host was great and can help with getting around. We found using Uber to and from the airport was great and approx 35 euros.

Brilliant apartment - would book again!

Great location for exploring split. So much space for a group of 4 and facilities fantastic. Very comfy beds and seating areas. Owner was so flexible with arrival times / dropping bags and helpful with recommendations for Split!

Air con was fine in main room but got a bit warm at nights in bedrooms, some fans were provided though which was helpful.

A great apartment, in a great location with a wonderful owner.

The apartment was very well equipped and had all you needed for a stay in Split. The 2 best things about the apartment were the location; so close to the centre of the town yet so quiet and the owner, Tomo. Before we arrived his communication was excellent, he met us at the apartment and was so welcoming and he sent us lots of excellent suggestions for where to eat and places to go. Really valuable with us only being in Split for 4 days. Would very much recommend.

A fantastic little apartment in a beautiful city.

The location is great, just a 2 minute walk and you are in hub of town. The apartment is clean and furnished to a very good standard. The beds are comfortable and bedding is of a high standard also. Tomo was, as many have said before, genuinely nice and welcoming and nothing was of any trouble if you needed any assistance.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property.
