Room was very nice and the location was perfect.

Room could have been bigger, but that was not a big problem.

Nice, clean apartment right next to the old town of Split. Kitchen with all the needed appliances (cooktop, fridge, toaster, boiler) and cutlery/pots/dishes. Good internet connection and plugs available by the bed. Clean, recently renovated bathroom and very comfortable beds. Excellent view to the marina and very nice, helpful host that met us at the arranged time.

Unfortunately the apartment had no parking allocated to it, but a spot on the street for parking was quite easy to find (max 18€/day). Also, the apartment is on the 1st floor but there are no lifts in the building, so keep that in mind as there are 3 flights of stairs to climb.

proximity to the city center can’t be beat. location was prime and the views were perfect

it would be nice to be warned about the amount of stairs leading to the apartment. with children and all of our luggage it made things difficult. there was also a strong smell of cigarettes in the apartment walkway and when someone would turn the light on in the hallway it would turn on the light inside of our apartment

A huge, well appointed, modern apartment that’s next door to a grocery store and just a block from all of the main attractions.

The wi-fi is very spotty…I needed to stand near the front door for a reasonable signal.

Apartments were in separate buildings. Stairways up to apartments quite dingy whouldn5 like to walk there alone dimly lit. Ran out of hot water

The location is absolutely perfect! The apartment was clean and very spacious. The host kept in touch promptly and was very helpful.

The sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest.

Really good location which had all the amenities. Personal touch of being meg with the key and offering to book taxis or trips whilst we stayed.

The safe was locked in our room so we couldn’t use it. The drains also were smelly

Perfect location! Views are stunning if you get a balcony. Great host!

Great location and views from 2 balconies. Easy communication with the host who shared very useful information. Bedrooms are comfortable and the bathroom is nice.

The apartment wasn’t very clean and there was a horrible smell coming from the street so we kept the windows closed most of the time.

the location was amazing, it was really close to all the activities we wanted to do and some great restaurant.

the unit wasn’t super clean, there was lots of dirt under the bed and we found an someone’s earring when we pulled the couch out it was strange

Highly recommend. Stunning property. Clean. Perfectly located for us - a day in Split before getting the ferry to Hvar for the week. Taxi was able to drop us off on the street about 3 doors down. Had a hair drier too which was a bonus. Easy check out too. Zoran was great for communication and check in - thank you Zoran! :)

No coffee machine although instant coffee available. no biggie!

Perfect, central location, easily accessible by Uber, amazing sound isolation that allows you to sleep peacefully even though you're in the very heart of Split. The central bus station and ferry port are in the walking distance, there's a convenience store right next to the building. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen - pots and pans included. The bathroom is spacious and clean, towel service is included, so is a hairdryer. The bed is super-comfortable.

the location is perfect and so easy to get anywhere on foot. Zoran is such a lovely guy and so helpful with tips and advise. He responded to us quickly with help to find a rental car.
