Loved it. Would recommend

Absolutely loved it. Amazing view, close to beach and shops. A few cafes, restaurants and bars nearby. Easy to get to the city centre by Uber

Amazing views, perfect location, great for families.

This apartment is the stuff vacation dreams are made of! Beautiful accommodations with amazing views and a hot tub. Hosts were so lovely and thoughtful...even offered to help carry our suitcases up and let us check in early! We loved the location tucked away a bit from the chaos of old town but a cheap uber ride (4 euro) or easy walk away (it was hot, so we mostly ubered :). Plenty of restaurants located around the apartment, grocery store, and beautiful beaches within walking distance. Also walking distance to the hospital and 24 hour pharmacy (just in case ;). Highly recommend for families with kids. We really enjoyed our time here and will hopefully be able to come back!

Great place with a very nice location - easy to walk to restaurants or beaches - plus a nice jacuzzi! And the host, Kata

Nice bedrooms, comfy beds, bathroom also very good. Great balcony with table and sofa setup. And, of course, the jacuzzi!

The Internet connection in the apartment was not super fast so couldn't stream Netflix/Youtube. Also, the TVs were very buggy and slow to use. If I could make one suggestion would be to consider upgrading the TVs.

Lovely and absolutely worth it

The view was absolutely breathtaking, being in a penthouse. The jacuzzi is such a great feature, overlooking the ocean. The main bedroom is spacious with a separate door to the Patio.

There is no elevator, which makes carrying your luggage difficult.

A great stay in a wonderfull appartment with hosts that actually care

This is the perfect spot in Split. Away from the young people in the center but still walking distance AND a beach next to the building. Hosts were really the best and went out of their way for us. the appartment was very clean and just wonderfull with the big terrace. Appartment itself was cool and spacey. This is just great

Very good

- the views are great - Katrina was very helpful and friendly

- the helicopter noise at night just happened once. Otherwise it was quiet. - unfortunately the water stopped half an hour before we were about to check-out and this was a bit problematic. Doesn't seem to be a common occurrence though. It was a special situation.

Excellent property and host

Beautiful property in an excellent location! Katarina is a wonderful host and immediately made us feel at home. Seaside Penthouse is only about a 30 minute walk or 5 minute ride to the center of Split with beaches and restaurants in between. The deck and hot tub were very inviting and had a great view of the sea and coast from there. I am definitely planning on coming back and staying here!

Exceptional

This apartment was perfect for our holiday stay. Location is the best to access any markets, shopping mall and beach. Facilities are perfect to use and everything were high qualified. Parking was a secured private parking in the underground of apartment. The owner was very kind and friendly.

Great find

Great property to stay in just to relax in ! The neighbourhood is peaceful and safe I felt. The beech is so close to the apartment only a 2 minute walk. The apartment was lovely and clean and overall I would 100% recommend as host were lovely to deal with.

Just on certain aspect when cleaning throw old food away from others that have been there in the past , no one wants old frozen food that someone has already opened or old jams lying in the fridge
