Friendly staff. The place looks nice. Accommodate 6 people have enough space and everything is close beach shops everything.

Cockroach 🪳 every where. It was so uncomfortable

Not eating and drinking what you wanted (pork and alcohol) No tea, coffee, paying R750 check in and not getting refund when checking out. You have to wait several days before getting your money. No employees to keep the apartment clean.

Close to the beach

Building is old, minimal maintenance. Lift not working since forever, with the dirty wool lining in the inside. Cockroaches everywhere. Bedding was dirty with yellow stains. No towels offered The rules that you get only when you arrive... Must be put on the app, so one can see early if they can abid to them or not. Cos being told no alcohol for a booking near the beach makes no sense. And what not to eat🤦. Bathroom door handle broken. And lastly, the R740 money that you pay that's payable apon check out... Is not paid back "it is processed". Delayed but one is not told when precisely. Not forgetting the funky stale smell.

Building look creepy, elevator don't work properly. The cockraches are everywhere, was afraid to sleep, move out a day early microwave was sticky and dirty inside, bathroom door was broken can't lock

The apartment was very clean and spacious, a very friendly lady who checked us in and out. She explained everything clearly with a smile. Apartment was very close to everything we needed. We did not use a car the whole weekend, every place we needed was a walking distance. Big ups to flat 403.

Lifts from the flat to ground floor was a nightmare. We ended up not using them. Imagine going down the steps from 4th floor to ground, it was not a problem when we were still there because the excitement was on high level... We only felt it on Sunday on check out yoooooh I felt like crying

It was clean and had everything we required for our stay. It was It walking distance from the beach. It was comfortable

Was the lifts that had a problem but other than that it was comfortable enough.
