The lift wasn’t working,the breakfast was not well prepared. The room that I reserved was not the one I was given . The one I was given was so small ,the shower was very tiny. The carpet on the stairs was very dirty …😭😨😰🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

The waiting room was a great surprise for us. We arrived early and were able to shower and change in the waiting room.

As for lift it’s was not working my feet was very painful even now as I type

No safe parking had to walk to the hotel after parking maybe they could arrange security or a ride from the parking

Cleaning services perfect and good supply of towels.

No chair for the table in room 109. The wardrobe has few shelves and they're very low, if you could add some shelves up, that would be great...

The manager acted immediately when I complained of the extreme noise that was on the floor above me on the first day, but they kept on coming down to lower floors and the noise was still audible throughout the whole time.

There was noise throughout my stay because of renovations, hammering, drilling and grinding. This was not communicated to me during booking on the site and the money was still the same as if everything was fine with no disturbance. I was very not pleased with this.

The room and linen is clean. Friendly staff and excellent service.

The room that I was given was in the dysfunctional hall where they are busy with renovations. I am awoken by noise from construction. Also there are cockroaches that are roaming around. There is a faulty fan, which kept on switching itself on all night.

Parking was the worst. Not safe. Also there is bad smell outside rooms. Also lifts were not working.

The breakfast had everything one needs to Kickstart the day.

The location was great with sea view and the balcony was a bonus. Very helpful stuff especially a gentleman called Junior. He assisted very well to our requests.

We have to go up to the first floor to use the lift with our heavy luggage. There are no phones in the room to communicate with reception, had to go down each time we wanted something. The showers are so tiny. The cleaner came to clean but there was still chips that fell from previous night.

Service from reception to cleaning staff and breakfast team amazing also love how der clean nd change our towels I love their shampoo conditioner set in the bathroom nd the fact dat it’s was sea view room❤️😊

If we were able to get assistance with connecting our Wi-Fi to tv as we were using our own Netflix but we ended up using our own data to connect to the tv dat was the only disappointment
