I loved everything about the content inside, there were everything we needed, kitchen, bed room, bathroom and sitting room, everything inside was perfect

Checking in time was Little bit late but Checking out is so early

The service at the reception was terrible The guy that worked late on Thursday night 24 August at the reception was confused it seemed as if he was still learning He was not even able to help us get the key in the locked box . And whn I asked him is there something we can do to get key he literally said there’s nothing he can do about it I was not happy to fly all the way from Gauteng to Durban to get such a terrible service I literally waited an hour at the reception to get the key and I only got it after calling the owner of the place multiple times , only then they told me I should get the key at the locked box on the door of our room and not at the reception

Great place very clean and welcoming, in a safe, quite and convenient neighborhood. The check in and check out process was seamless and I would very stay here again.

The place is perfect, pls consider having a rechargeable light incasec of loadshedding
