nice beach front location . I which we could have stayed longer. The owner was very helpful.

My only comment would be maybe have some kitchen towels and or some paper towels . We only used 2 cups and a couple of spoons so using the do would be extremely wasteful.

very disappointed with the service. i booked for my family, there was an error with payment so we booked room again and contacted owner to inform them not to charge us twice. despite that we were charged twice. even though booking.com were willing to refund us the first room the owner took payments for both rooms with refund. money making in my opinion and ruined our stay there. not personable at all. i would not stay again

Apartment was dirty ,stains all over the walls and ceiling floor in some area are molded and dangerous for life conditions, power outlets broken and my wife got an electric shock trying to plug in the phone, it was over priced at least tree times

The location is perfect, however since it's a popular beach with the locals free parking can be a challenge, there is also parking below the resort as a last resort. The restaurants located there offer a great selection of items and even offer vegan/vegetarian options as well. One could not ask for a better location right on the beach. The room was clean and furnished with cleaning and cooking essentials. We had a beach view and loved every minute of it. I look forward to staying here again when we visit Haifa in the near future

the building is very old and outdated. the room was very humid. the bathroom was very old too, the shower was broken, the ceiling fan was dusty, it hasn’t been cleaned in forever. it’s very far from everything except for the beach

extremely dirty, disgusting dirty old mattress with brown marks all over it . we were at 13 floor and the elevator didn’t work properly and we got stuck in it . very scary situation.
