location was good
the water heater was a major issue, and has to be restarted every single time as the hot water was not continuous, it was a major incovenience.

Very helpful host and lovely apartment with everything we needed.
Spare blankets could have been good as it got quite cold at night.

4 bedrooms with queen size beds, elevator and nice enough rooms and kitchen.
Water heater was really loud and water temperature was very extreme from really cold to really hot. It says parking available, but the parking garage they told us to use was really far, not at all convenient. we ended up parking at the hotel parking garage a couple blocks away. Walls are thin as well.

Even it’s located ok , beds are good and nice terrace if it’s hot
all these rest very poor quality. Not very well maintained, heating was not working well , hoy water either and sofa is very small if there more than 3 people. There are many Kitchen utilities but very few worked ….

The shower in the tiny bathroom had variable temperature. The larger bathroom is smelly and has a bathtub with no plug and an over bath tub shower - however it did not run cold
The kitchen equipment was barely adequate. No kettle or saucepan to boil water.

No additional garbage bags left. No instructions on where to discard garbage. No parking, or directions on where to park.

In the neighborhood several restaurants. Easy access to the Atocha railway station. 4 rooms with proper beds for 8 people. Quite spacious terrace.
Very noisy at night. I’ve been woken up several times. Uncomfortable pillows. Very small bathrooms, with poor light and problematic shower equipment. Shelves in the wardrobes covered in dust - need of some more detailed cleaning. Payment on the arrival only in cash.

They could have cleaned better. On the tall furniture we discovered long time dust.
2 rooms are small and have windows towards interior iluminator.
