Great vacation spot. Nice appartement, superb vue, dedicated underground parking place, good ammeneties, useful AC and very friendly hosts. All in all, as a conclusion, a great way to spend your vacation. We will happily return!

The unit was beautiful and filled all of our needs. We were attending MIPIM and it was a beautiful walk along the beach every morning. We enjoyed eating dinner at the waterfront restaurants as well. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Cannes.

Good location near the beach and bus stop. Very helpful host. Lovely big balcony. There are lots of bus timetables in the apt but could do with more info ref restaurants/ trains/microwave/oven.

In winter the apt was lovely and warm, only problem is you cannot adjust the heating so quite hot at night. Its pretty noisy from road traffic and the railway if you open the doors to the balcony but everywhere on the seafront is opposite the road and railway. No food store within walking distance but a bus into town is easy and costs 1.5 euros. The nearest restaurant on the beach closed for the Xmas holiday. There are other restaurants approx half hour walk

- Very good location just 50 mtrs from beach and Cannes long beach promenade - super for morning walk; 2nd floor - Nice spacy terrace with view to the sea, perfect for breakfast or coffee / drink - Nice building, modern entrance with underground garage with good place for parking your car, if needed - Very well equipped apartment with all what you may need, also at kitchen, including even some beach mats and chairs - Bathroom - clean and elegant - On top of all - MONICA - very charming and kind lady owner, very good and friendly communication and understanding.

- Trucks collecting garbage around are coming quite early about 5 - 6 o'clock in the morning making some noise which could be a bit disturbing while you are sleeping with open doors to balcony - there is no small boulangerie in walking distance to walk and buy fresh bagiette or other small food items, actually you must go by car to some supermarket

Perfect location near to the beach and near to Cannes centre, 1,5 km easy by bicycle! Nice modern apartment with all facilities and airco and friendly and helpfull host named Monica. Private parking place belonging to the apartment in downstairs garage, perfect!

Clean and spacious apartment very well equipped, a large terrace with a beautiful sea view. The apartment is located very close to the fine sandy beach with crystal clear water. The owner is very kind and provides all the necessary information. A big plus is the secure parking place. Everything was perfect, from check-in to check-out. We will come back.
