The location is very convenient. 3 minutes to Monoprix, 4 minutes to the train station, 5 minutes to the sea, you can say that you are close to any place in Cannes. The room is on the north side but very bright due to the good sun in Cannes. It faces a small, lively shopping street, but there is no noise. The rooms are very clean and there is a kitchen so you can cook simple meals. The cutlery, plates and napkins are clean, and the refrigerator is very cold. About the people, Phillippe was wonderful. He was kind to the travelers by providing a welcome board with my name on it. He was also very helpful in answering any questions I had via booking.com messenger. He also tell you how to hand over your keys before you check in.

I couldn't realize how to watch TV.

The place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. His place is great, very clean and has everything you need.

Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Washing machine worked well. Shower, Wi-Fi, air-con all worked well. Location is perfect, so easy to get fresh croissants for breakfast and very close to Carrefour
