This tiny and comfortable flat is really great and worth to stay there . The are is quite calm compared to the city centre , but at the same time, 10 mins on foot from the centre. A supermarket next to the building, a beautiful park very close to it and, of course, 3 mins from the beach 🏖 Definitely recommend it !

Fantastic location, house is great, communication also wonderful. Really, really recommend this and will surely be back!

Nothing. This is the worst appartment i have rented in Canne and i have rented many over the years. It was dirty, ill- equiped, and the photos misrepresent the property - they are of another appartment

Perfect location! 3 mins to the beach, 5 mins to the city center, 2 parks in the nearby. New refurbished, new beds

Very strange host! Air conditioner was broken during our stay, and the host tried to persuade me fix it by myself, writing sms and making phonecalls up to 22.00 (I travelled with 3 children). Attantion! Host suggests parking for 15 Euro per night. Although parking is in the next hotel, it very incovinient, too narrow and dark! It’ was next to impossible to get out in a full size car without any damage. All other parkings are twice as cheap! I found free parking in the street, not far!

Location is secretive, yet almost in the centre, 150 m from the western beach, surrounded with the real life and charming neighbours. You may choose 6 or 7 ways to go from the location to the centre (Grand Palais) and every and each of them is fun.

Weather! That is why the good apartment was even more important asset.
