We had an incident with the door, but it was solved in a timely manner. No concerns at all.
Some folks seating on the front steps smoking or drinking was not ideal, but they always moved when we came in, just did not leave the from steps clean or free of smoke.

Spacious, nice apartment for good price. Very good communication with owner. Very happy with the stay!!

For a 7 day stay, it worked great. Strong air conditioning, nice shower and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. It was centrally located so I could walk anywhere within the city.

one and a half toilet paper provided upon arrival and when more was requested I was told to go buy myself. First time I encounter this in an apartment.
Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Please remove it and put an actual bed for future guests.

Large and very well equipped apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 110 square meters)
Slight noise from other AC devices in the building could be heard at night occasionally (this may go unnoticed by anyone who's already used to this).
In one room the air quality coming out of the AC wasn't the best, so we didn't use the AC there (all others were fine).
