Loved the welcome drinks, professional staff, clean big rooms with strong wifi and steady hot shower. The breakfast nasi goreng was so delicious! Also, there are nearby restaurants with good quality and affordable food.

The desserts variety and quality to be improved.

Staff barely speaks english, breakfast was a poor choice, and in the bathroom we found a cockroach, but its a outdoor bathroom so i guees it comes with it

I loved how the staff were so accommodating and willing to engage with us. It was easy to communicate with the staff, and if you had a concern, they were immediately ready to accommodate.the place is really beautiful and I will honestly go back as the hospitality we received was just phenomenal. If you coming from the closest Harbour no need to take a taxi, 10min walking distance and the walk there is fun.

A few small improvements - breakfast could be more appealing and prepared with more effort by giving guests more options to choose from.

it was a nice, quiet and calm place. the facilities were okay and the staff was welcoming. if you’re ever in nusa panida and want a quiet place this is it.

the water is salty at times and could use an extra layer of filtration.

Great location close to the harbours. Nice beach across the road with a lovely reef for snorkelling. Italian restaurant next door is a must for dinner.

The room was clean and spacious. I really liked the bathroom and the shower. Welcoming drinks were nice. The area and the garden looked clean.

The breakfast was very limited and poor. For vegan people it is hard to get full only with two pieces of fruit. Other options are eggs and toast bread which I do not eat. We also ate at the restaurant for dinner- not that great. The tours offered from the hotel are a bit more expensive than the ones which we ordered at a different hotel at Nusa Penida. Although exactly same tour (snorkelling for example)

loved this property. as soon as you walk through the boundary doors it is like an oasis. the grounds and pool areas are stunning. the property is very comfortable, and cleaned daily. the staff are beyond friendly and unbelievably helpful with booking excursions, etc. they make the stay even better. the restaurant next door is very handy and the food is great.

not a deal breaker as it’s part of the Bali experience but the bathroom is exposed to the elements so during torrential rain you get soaked just using the toilet.
