The staff was excellent! Very quiet hotel, very comfortable beds, lovely breakfast. Very convenient location - less than 100 metres from the exit of the airport, 50 metres from the bus stops.

We were very surprised that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, we expected a 4-star hotel to have them in all rooms, not just some superior rooms. But one wonderful member of staff, a receptionist which checked us in, she solved this problem and brought us kettle and cups which was very kind of her.

Well managed hotel with an early morning 4am breakfast for early travelers. And a reasonable spread for morning breakfast. Gym is 24hours and sauna facility is available too. The hotel team are warm and nice and helpful.

There was no kettle in the room , it’s Euro5 for the use of kettle . Not complaining though .

only one pillow per person and they were small. they will give you more pillows though. the snow covered sidewalks made it very difficult to move bags. it had been nearly a week post storm and it’s unclear why the pathway to the hotels was not clear. fine to walk on but difficult to move bags. this is likely not the fault of the hotel to be fair.

I was able to stay in a hotel with a dog. Great!

Really helpful staff, was able to leave my bags prior to check-in. Breakfast starts super early which is really convenient. Comfy bed, everything super clean.
