Pool was great, lovely villa

Air conditioning not working in some rooms, cooker only 2 hobs hard for a large family.

Fantastic stay here with family. Pool was the highlight especially the volley ball net across the pool, this provided hours of fun for everyone. Table tennis was also provided and enjoyable. All towels provided for our stay outdoor area was comfortable with plenty of sunbeds too. Indoor facilities were great also and perfect for everyone in our party ranging from a 6 Yr old to adults.

The pool table maybe needs upgrading if anything and being fussy.

Absolutely fantastic time at Arpaso, owner was easily contactable prior to our holiday and very pleasant! Answered all my annoying questions! Ha! The villa was absolutely stunning, perfect with all our children they were amazed with the slide and all the space they had for games etc. Villa was extremely clean and even had a 'mini' clean half way through our stay.... it wasnt mini it was a thorough clean and they did a fantastic job. Villa was perfect location with short walk to shops (spar) cheaper than going any further supermarket as they get more expensive! bars and restaurant's, cactus jacks for cheap drinks and mar azul for fantastic food and service! Also mi piace great food! Everything is in walking distance so no need for a car like we originally thought. Days out were easy to book at local tourist centre, and they even picked us up at villa or at nearby beatrix hotel! Overall villa was amazing we had a brilliant time and cant thank you enough for how easy you made everything for us! We will be back again! Sian Williams

Only downfall was the air con we couldn't turn it down past 23 degrees and due to us having room 4 & 5 which are 2 rooms together which is great for families, our sweaty children made the room hotter! Either way we had a fantastic stay and this would not stop us coming back!

Just an amazing Villa. Has everything a family needs for a great holiday. The pool, games tables, snooker, basketball. The villa is spotless. It's so close to everything and we will definately be back. loved every minute of our stay.

Great villa for families - Everything was thought of - pool was brilliant, loads to do!

The property exceeded our expectations, the photos don’t do it justice. Plenty of space inside and out. Loved the outside space, basketball net with balls, pool table, table tennis, a little swing, bbq, the pool was lovely, all so much fun! The pool has a small area to walk into it slowly which was great for our little one. Would splash in and out of it. Only a 15/20 minute leisurely walk to beautiful beaches. Very quiet area, would have a bus go past every now and again but was no bother. Road parking, quite busy with cars but we always got a space easily. Towels provided. Many many blankets! Which was lovely for the evenings when it turned a little chillier. Showers were good. Good pressure. Never a problem with hot water. Bath also downstairs. Everything was spotless.

No big problems but… We really needed a little book about the property, little things to help us out with our stay, how to work the oven/hob, how to use air con, the tv, how to use the slide (water pipe), there were buttons for the pool but we weren’t 100% sure what they were for. Would have also really appreciated having small amounts of salt, sugar, oil etc. to help with food prep, which of a property of this size, I would expect most people would be using the kitchen often. The beds could have been more comfortable, they were very soft and didn’t offer much support, but I guess that’s down to personal preference. Over all would recommend though!
