The room was clean. some staff were friendly. location was okay too.

The roofs were all leaking due to the rain staff didn't seem bothered was huge puddles everywhere. The food was basic and very repetitive. wouldn't come back. some of the gym equipment was broke too. when the storm came their was no entertainment inside two bars but only 1 was open. I think it's very overpriced. the beds in the room were like camping beds terrible night's sleep. minimum lighting in the room on the evening no mirror on the dressing table and the sockets wasnt the best would have to hold my chargers for my phone in curtain position

Booking.com charged me the 870€ price for two people and then booked only one person and I had to pay an extra 180€ to have my partner added. Messages Booking.com have not bothered to reply to my complaint. Booking.com never again.

Not good that you have to get up so early to get a sun bed

It was in a good location, very clean and helpful happy staff. Enough staff on in the evenings so it wasn’t 3 deep at the bar. The food was plentiful always hot and a number of different choices, those who complain then go and pay & stay in a 5* hotel this is a top class 3* hotel. We will be returning 👍🏼

The food was terrible the alcohol was the worst I have ever had we had to go out every day and night to eat and drink

Been here 4 times in last 8 years, but it badly needs a revamp. Staff were good friendly and very helpful. Food however wasn't the best, and same things (almost) every day.

Cleaning needs improvement eg washing floors, changing bed linen and towels more often (especially in hot weather). Too much food and drink taken from pool bar area to poolside and left to blow away. I accept that this is the responsibility of customers, but staff and hotel should be more strict with people and stop it.

Very clean & tidy, great value for money. Plenty of entertainment if your taking kids. Pool area was good. Food was ok ( typical all inclusive) snack bar by the pool was very good. the staff was very helpful. We left another hotel up the road to stay at this one 👍

Rooms a little dated and could do with some re furb… but very clean and tidy would definitely recommend.

nothing to complain about but would have preferred to be on bottom as no lifts and getting luggage up was a struggle

Food could of been a bit better

Really good value for money. No complaints at all with the food - not a huge variety but we always found plenty to eat. Nice pool area, it wasn’t busy while we were there so no problems with getting a sunbed. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Not a great location, but we had come for a few days in the sun beside the pool so this wasn’t a problem for us.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating. It was my first experience of all-inclusive and I would definitely do it again!

very dated needed a lick of paint and tidy up. was all inclusive but only had breakfast was more like a canteen than restaurant. staff couldn’t do enough so could be a great place to stay!
