We were grateful for a really comfy bed and feather pillow - rare to find. The hosts were friendly and interesting to get to know locals.

My beautiful room. Excellent muesli!--and that the breakfast catered for all tastes. It was great being able to self-help. The location couldn't be bettered--the perfect location for visits Te Papa and accessing central Wellington---all within walking distance. I appreciated that the host organised my taxi ride to the airport on my departure.

We felt very welcome. Jenny and Peter are very nice and warm people. They helped us with recommendations for restaurants and booked us a cab for the airport. A very good location in Oriental Bay close to the beach. A beautiful room, clean and a very comfortable bed. We would definitely recommend this, one of our best stays in New Zealand.

Utterly wonderful place to stay! The owners are exceptionally welcoming and kind, made me feel like I was at home. An absolutely wonderful stay. My room was spacious and comfortable and the location is perfect for exploring Wellington!
