Pathetic service and rooms were so dirty and there was hair all over the bedsheet. Bathroom was smelling not at all cleaned.

Location close to my office hence it was easy for me to go to office

Major problem: My booking was done however, property manager denied checkin stating that they have a conflict of pricing with Oyo. I was forced by Oyo and property manager to pay 2280 extra for checkin stating Oyo will reimburse the amount but they are not responding the email. Stay included breakfast which property denied stating they dont serve breakfast. So i paid 300 Rs extra as well with ZERO facilities. BAD pillows as well. Only advantage is the location which is close to office.

Eventhough I booked with breakfast, it was not provided since the message received from Oyo to the hotel people was with zero breakfast. Hence the excess amount may be returned
