l'appartamento si trova in una quartiere molto interessante.

la comunicazione terribile. 3 giorni prima del soggiorno ho chiesto più volte informazioni per il posteggio e per avere una culla, mai avuto risposta. all'arrivo lo staff (molto scortese) viveva rifilarci un appartamento molto brutto e sporco. Per finire ci è stato dato l'appartamento mansardato che avevamo riservato (anche se dalle foto le aspettative erano altre). Il check in era dalle 15.00 e alle 15.10 l'appartamento non era ancora pronto e ci è stato consegnato comunque non pulito come doveva essere. Staff veramente deludente che pensa solamente a guadagnare più soldi possibili.

Es wahr sehr Sauber. Wir hatten die ganze Etage für Uns es hat uns Sehr geffallen.

Die Lage war sehr Zentral. Gute Verbindungen mit den Offentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Gute für eine spontane Unterkunft.

Die Zimmer schienen schäbig und Karg. Die Austattung der Küche war wünschenswert.

The room size is big and good area.

The host cannot speak English. They provided the wrong code for check out box. It is hard to contact for late check in. The room is not clean and a lot of dust. The apartment mentioned that washer and dryer and provided. It is initially expected that it is in the room . In fact, it is in the basement for common use. Moreover, light is not enough. There is no escalator who the exact floor. It is parked at the middle of the stair and you have to carry baggage to your room.

It would be better if they dont have a shared bathroom and comfort room.. if necessary every room has own comfort room.

The "hotel" is horrible. Since we tried to check in, they did not attend to us, we tried to call and no one answered. The entire room reeked of marijuana and cigarettes.The attention was terrible. They wanted to change our room but they wanted us to pay more, like 180 CH. We pay for an apartment not for a shared room. I ended up spending more than expected, medical care and another hotel.

Quiet Location, kind of near to the station and wider space for the room.

The host was not that friendly and helpful. Lack of information about check-in, and confusing during the check-in time.

This property looks nothing like the pictures. It is a dump. Booking.com should verify and review the properties before listing them. The place had random people entering in and out. We were there for less than 5 mins and we had to leave immediately. This place ruined our stay in Zurich. We had to quickly find another place.

The location of the property is great and the apartment could be quite nice.

Let’s face it: this is a place of the ‘horizontal’ kind of business. It’s a bit surprising that the rooms aren’t rented by the hour. Personally, I don’t have a problem with that but it should be transparent to prospective renters as this kind of business is rather controversial. It would help if the staff spoke English, German, or French. Despite the absence of any language knowledge, the staff manages to treat guests in a surprisingly arrogant way.

The check in process was a nightmare. There is a phone number provided to call, but every time you call the host said to send a message on WhatsApp, which we did. It would be faster and easier if she just asked us for our name and booking number over the phone call (there were other guests from the US who some didn’t have WhatsApp). When we made it to the property, they initially put us in a 2 BDR after booking a 3 BDR and we had to go down again to ask to change. What should have been a 5-10min process took about 20-30min and was very confusing.

Nothing they stole my money I book an apartment for 3 bedroom I paid for 3 bedroom and they gave our apartment to someone else and gave us a smaller one. Because of that one of my friend had to sleep in a car

decent amount of room although the loft was a bit tight but our teenage son was able to navigate it. The loft might be too cramped for most adults. nice kitchen though and 2 semi-private bedrooms other than the loft so good for families or groups.

NO Air Conditioning! may not be an issue in Switzerland at other times of the year but since it was July and a heat wave it was a problem. Windows had no screens so bugs got in since we had to open them and have fans going. Also was a bit noisy outside so having the windows open did not help there either. I thought it was very pricey for what we got.

Location was excellent and across from a communal park good for kids.

The apartment was not clean there were bugs (alive and dead) in the rooms. It was very hot at night and in a 3 bd apartment they provided only 1 fan. Towels smelt bad like that damp smell you get when not aired properly. They dont offer parking even though they say they do. There is 1 spot usually taken by the owner.

The location was a very good one. We traveled with a dog and had the park right next to us. The host was very polite and forthcoming. We got the whole appartment in the first floor. Kitchen had all the utilities we could need. Overall a good experience.

If you want to find downsides to any appartment, you will find those. The number of parking spaces were not that high but we managed to get one for us. The parking on the street is also cheap in the blue zone.
