House Really Very Comfortable

They asked for rm200 deposit and said to refund in 24 hrs after i check out but 2 days later still got no refund. Please be a responsible owner. To whom it may concern. i will proceed with police report if i still got no refund until 12 August 2023

Guys please don’t ever stay in this apartment. This agent is a money minded .. before you check in he will make sure collect deposit 200myr then only he will give u check in details.. once you transfer he will never answer ur call and only will message and make you beg to him..upon check out he won’t give u the deposit back and will give excuses that got stain in bedsheet or whatever to just to minus the deposit.. this is my second stay in this unit and both time he lied and did the same to minus my deposit he will deduct and will give back around 50myr only from deposit, that also after a month I have prove !! BECAREFULL GUYS !!

Not clean, especially the shower. Freezer does not work. Very noisy, no soundproof appt. Couches with big stains, disgusting.

Need improvement for keys collections. Quite tiring actually to go to many station s to collect the keys. Didn't mention before that we need to pay for deposit. Last minute change our homestay (mine should be with balcony), but we was offered with 3 bedrooms apartment with sea view which was quite satisfying.

pls dont ever stay with this host SANGUINE. Last minute change of property to stay. made me to call them a few times, no immediate response. Finally she picked and told the place has no water, when i ask how youcould say this at last minute, she hung up. but when i ask a guard there, he said no water disruption. left me standing at car park, no response when call or msg their whatsapp num. then finally she replied my whatsapp message but ask me to change to a new apartment in Karpal singh drive. i called and she picked, so i asked, how can i travel from Tanjung tokong to karpal singh, she hung up on me. then send me a whatsapp msg abt a place in tanjung tokong itself. but i need to bank in rm200 for deposit then only she will tell me the instructions to go to the place. the key collection was in a post box situated in jazz suite while the place to stay was straits quay marina. it was so troublesome and confusing. luckily the place in straits quay was luxurious and worth the money. after staying there, i saw the reviews on this page saying that the host SANGUINE is untrustable with deposit but thank good i got my deposit back after 24 hours only after reminding them a few times.

The location is good

Check in and check out time is not reasonable... Also the person in charge is not friendly... It's very complicated to connect with person in charge

I was very disappointed with the last minute property that changed the apartment that I was booking with another apartment. At night, it is so noisy because it is near the club, i cannot sleep.

Didnt tell in detail about deposit and i still didnt hve my deposit back...

The condo was super, very clean n near to town n batu ferringhi.

Difficult to drink water. Maybe owner can add coway at then kitchen or dining hall.

Nearby to all interesting places

1.The bathroom/Toilet was not cleaned properly...there is odour of urine 2. The kitchen window no blind sticker can see through from outside especially when the lift door opened

Comfortable and clean for Bali unit

-Last minute change to the other unit that have worst management. -Book for unit that have 4 queen bed but get 3 queen bed -Access card parking can enter but cannot out

All very good and nice ,clean comfortable for family stay

Check in was disappointment around 3pm check in Check out 11am
