The location is completely amazing - it is so close to appropriate points it is astonishing

nothing really - all really good

- location was ok, not exactly close to the main attractions but within a reasonable distance to restaurants and public transportation - host was nice, though didn't speak much English - price was good

- not so easy to find the location with taxi - the place was a bit old, and it took a day for the heating to actually warm up the rooms - the pics looked much prettier than reality

The hot/ cold water is a little bit not stable.

We put up a night at Selçuk before we took a flight back from Izmir to Istanbul. We booked our accommodation on our day of stay itself. The booking confirmation was prompt. The owner is a very helpful and funny guy. We checked in late at night, all were hungry, and he just got us hop into his pick up truck and fetched us to the near by restaurant for dinner (restaurant name : Koylum restaurant). The restaurant owner is his friend, he recommended the place to make sure we do not over pay for the food there. True enough, the food was good and price was reasonable. The next morning we found one or our rental car tyre went flat, we called the owner for help, he got his contact over to help us check the car and brought us to the nearby workshop to fix our car. We got our problem fixed with just 100 lira. Again, thanks to the helpful owner. Overall, the check in and check out process were hassle free, rooms were clean, and we paid less than 80euro for the whole 3 levels unit! Good value for money! Will highly recommend this to anyone! Just to add, Ephesus is just 1km away if you plan to visit the Ancient Greek city before leaving Izmir!

The location is abit hard to find, but we were lucky to meet a guy while we were finding the place to bring us to the unit.
