the room was nice and the bed extremely confortable.

there was no in room dining service and no restaurants nearby. most of the services were not working.

staff is really nice and dedicated to customers satisfactions. the resort is beautiful. the bedrooms are very comfortable.

poor English speaker staff - no outdoor restaurant possibilities for the Thai and Chinese ones. No room service menu in English

Lovely room with beautiful view. The Chinese restaurant was good and the late night BBQ was very nice. Hotel has a nice and large (unheated) pool. We enjoyed the hot spring facilities nearby that belong to the hotel. Convenient parking.

Hotel couldn’t handle the busy moments at breakfast and the overall quality of the food at breakfast was so-so. The dishes at restaurant ‘Marketplace’ we tried (nasi goreng, papaya salad, cheese cake, creme brulee) were dissapointing and nowhere near the description at the menu. The gym is actually just an empty room. During colder days the lobby lounge is not heated.
