Loin du bruit et de tohu-bohu. Dans l'un des plus sûrs codes postaux aux États-Unis. Cette maison est dans un quartier très calme. Nous sommes très chanceux d'avoir quelques bons restaurants de quartier dans juste un couple de miles de cette propriété. Privé de stationnement hors rue. Cette maison est entièrement équipée afin que vous êtes très à l'aise pendant que vous êtes ici à la Nouvelle Orléans. Ceci est 1/2 d'une maison. Les deux moitiés sont complètement privées. Pas de partage d'autre chose que d'un patio extérieur couvert. Si la location arrière est disponible (634,476) qui est relié à une porte de la salle d'assemblage. Les 2 locations de vacances si loués ensemble pourra accueillir 8 adultes et 2 enfants très confortable.

Quiet environment, no street noise, great for sleeping, very peaceful. Far more spacious than we’d anticipated.The backyard, garden and patio were a dream. Another Unexpected surprise: the loaded citrus trees! Things that matter to dog people: completely fenced with areas for snooping/exploring, for well-behaved pups. Three rentals share the fenced yard, one attaches to the house which was a surprise, but as long as you are aware it’s ok. The home was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, towels were fluffy and the kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed. The owner Michael was extremely kind and available. He recommended Gerald’s Donuts, open 24 hrs, and minutes from the house. Geralds served a great breakfast and the best donuts. We would absolutely stay in this home again and highly recommend it. You’re near New Orleans yet tucked away in a safe neighborhood. Thank you Michael, we will see you again soon!

We picked this location because it was near to downtown with a quick drive or Uber, but far enough to stay away from the mess of that area. Good food options near by and the neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of room for entertaining. Good size kitchen. Plenty happy for the price.

We all loved this place. The photos don’t do justice to how great this is! It’s a great location. Definitely will be going back to this Verbo. Highly recommended. Nice quiet neighborhood host is easy to get a hold of.

Michael was very prompt with communication. The home met our needs but we were disappointed to have in the same home, another family only separated by a single door. We could hear everything that was said and they came in at 2:59 am and were so noisy it woke us up. The listing is unclear about this arrangement as a possibility, so beware. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is not well equipped and the oven needed a call to Michael to get it turned on. The drive to the French Quarters is 10-30 minutes depending on traffic and time of day. For the price of a VRBO I would think you could provide soft toilet paper not sand paper.

We had no difficulties with our stay. Very very clean. Mike was easy to communicate with beforehand, and during the stay there was no need to be in touch. Would definitely stay there again. We used the home as a base as we experienced NOLA and its tours. It served our needs well.

From the beginning to the end the owner was very nice and he communicated with me through out the entire time. He made sure I received the code days earlier and made sure I was able to contact him while I was there. Originally it was supposed to be another couple staying with us but they ran into difficulties but the price was awesome even though they did not show. Me and my spouse will definitely book with him again. This was my birthday trip, so I definitely recommend him to anyone. We had A lot of supplies for the kitchen, bathroom and both rooms. Thank you soo much!!!

This house allowed private internet connection for work while attending professional conference at a French quarter hotel. The location was perfectly close and yet removed from the French quarter. Close enough to access New Orleans attractions and restaurants and save money by cooking some of our own meals.

We had a great stay, house was large and in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed watching the New Years fireworks, would definitely recommend and rebook!

The location is a quiet neighborhood, but a 15-20 minute drive to downtown New Orleans.
The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and such.
If I were to return to New Orleans I would hope to find this property available.

Not sure if people were staying in the buildings in the backyard, was kinda count off guard by those. Perfect location for a fraction of the price compared to be right on the French quarter’s. $12 Uber ride to get there, safe neighborhood.

We attended my son’s wedding in the French quarter and chose this very nice home just 15 minutes from the wedding. The property was white glove clean! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was
fully stocked, which is really nice because we like to cook. The backyard area was phenomenal there was a large covered porch area with comfortable chairs. There was another covered area with some more tables and chairs. And there was plenty of room when my grand children came over for the afternoon after the wedding. We had a wonderful time. I highly recommend it. The living room area had very comfortable couches and a lovely TV area to relax in. We stayed three nights. It was close to the Walmart too.

Great location for our married daughter, parents of our grandson and us, the grandparents. The rest of the family stayed in the French Quarter. We were close enough with out being in the middle of all the noise& crowds. Neighborhood was quiet and we made two trips to the closest grocery store; close enough to walk!!

House was very nice! Only issue it was not close to the French Quarter or bus line. Used Lift to get around instead of the bus system to get around. Lyft is a very good service. Better than renting a car.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and spacious. We were down for the USSSA World Series, so this was the perfect spot for our family. Plenty of room and a nice fenced yard for the kids to play in. The owner was very accommodating and responded to questions very promptly. If we are ever back in town, we will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this house. We loved the patio area. The house was close to Bourbon St. We had a blast doing ghosts tours and other activities.

I would suggest making sure all the light bulbs are working the outside ones were blown and 1 in one of the bedrooms was out…Overall he has a great location a beautiful home very clean easy to get to not to far from any tourist area great recommendations in the welcome book and he was easy to reach on the 1st….

Nice house, quite neighborhood
We only stayed for two nights and if we had neighbors, I never heard or saw them. The neighborhood felt safe, and very quite. The house had everything we needed to be as comfortable as possible away from home. The kids beds were a little firm, but we're all used to memory foam. They still beat most hotel beds and they slept just fine. The back yard was really nice.

The property worked out well for our 11 day stay over jazzfest. Quiet and well appointed with everything we needed. And the front door parking was great after a long day of walking😎. Everything worked fine and there is a nice patio area. Beds very comfortable as well.
