Beaucoup d'intimité avec 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. 5 téléviseurs pour regarder de nombreux sports. 2 chambres sont équipées de lits king et une chambre est un lit queen. Toutes les chambres avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Old Arabi est à 6 minutes en voiture du quartier français et faisait autrefois partie de la Nouvelle-Orléans. 4 pâtés de maisons de la ligne Nola. Beaucoup de parking, de grands bars et restaurants de quartier.

This beautiful home is in a quiet and very safe neighborhood. It was perfect for our needs. Maureen is great at communicating. She offered suggestions for the area. Also, she texted to let us know where the flash lights were located at and kept us updated when the power went out on the street. We will be happy to stay here again next time we are in the NOLA area.

This property was clean, inviting, in a peaceful neighborhood, and minutes away from all the happenings in New Orleans. Maureen was an EXCELLENT hostess. She was proactive in her communication and her attention to detail exceeded our expectations. It was dangerously hot in NOLA during our time there, and she already had a large pack of water waiting on us in the fridge. Trust that staying at her property will make your vacation worry free so that you can focus on having fun and relaxing.

The house was super cute, clean and appointed with everything you could ask for and then some. The booking process and check-in were spot on with no surprises, which was nice. The beds are comfy and showers great! The neighborhood is quiet and people are friendly. I highly recommend this home!

We had a group of 5 which meant 3 hotel rooms, so this was MUCH cheaper. After looking through multiple listings and being wary of the neighborhoods, this location stuck out. Yes, it's about 15 minutes and a $20 uber ride to the Quarter, but that was a small price to pay to keep the group together.
One of the guest room beds wasn't ideal to comfort but that was our only nit to pick. A couple uber drivers even complimented the niceness of the neighborhood.
We also had some friendly chickens and cats to keep us company around the neighborhood.
Communication with host was great, accommodating minor check and out time differences. Restaurants and watering holes within safe walking distance.

We were pleased to find a nice, clean house on a quiet street in New Orleans. The house was well equipped, easy Uber access to the fun stuff, and we really appreciated the king-size beds!

Great & Safe Property
This house is nothing but amazing. We were in town for a baseball tournament right down the road in Chalmette. We rented for 5+ days and had absolutely no issues at all. The house is fully stocked. We took morning and evening walks with the kids. We walked to see the boats in the Mississippi. Local restaurants and grocery store just minutes from the house. It was a quick drive to the Aquarium in NOLA. We would absolutely come back if life brings us back. The house also has a gate to extra secure your car, although not needed because the neighborhood is very secure.

We stayed the weekend before getting on a cruise. It’s an awesome location, easy drive, quiet neighborhood and super helpful owners!! Definitely will stay here again on our next trip.

Maureen is an excellent host. My flight arrived earlier than the checkin time and I was allowed an early checkin. This was the start of an amazing stay. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and well maintained. If you are looking for an exceptionally great experience in New Orleans, but don't want to be in the midst of the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you.

We will be back
Sadly we were not able to stay at this house due to an unforeseen tornado taking out the power, but Maureen kept us constantly updated with the situation. She immediately refunded are payment and also gave us recommendations on where we should stay and things to do in the city even though we weren’t able to stay in her home. Next time we our in New Orleans we will definitely be staying here!!!

Perfect place to stay
Maureen was an excellent host. She kept in contact the entire weekend. Texted me about events going on during our stay. The house was better than pictured. It is bigger than I thought it would be. House was clean, plenty of towels and blankets. Quiet neighborhood. I love that we can park the car inside the gate to feel secure at night. We will definitely stay here again.
House is at a great location to be close enough to Bourbon Street, but also far enough away to relax at night. Just a tip for others, it's easier to take a Lyft to Bourbon St. Parking is horrible.
The best place we found to eat was original french market and bar.
