There was no staff at the reception for 20 minutes at my arrival and when I left in the morning. The place seems neglected and run down. Water in the bathrooms barely flows out of the shower head. The bedding wasn't particularly clean, and the compound is generally too dark, including the corridors. The rooms are also very squeezed even co sidering I booked I to the bigger rooms.

The location is good, just outside the CBD so there is no much noise. Ideal for conferencing and meeting with friends in a quiet environment. The breakfast is good and the supper was marvellous. You make your order and everything is prepared at your convenience.

Breakfast should be prepared early enough with the assumption that all resident guests will want to take early breakfast before they leave the Hotel for their various destinations, even if they are attending a Conference at the same venue.
