We did not stay in this apartment, we got another apartment which is in front of the beach, but it is good enough.

Nice beaches are 2 minutes away, fantastic park for kids of various ages is 2 minutes away, shopping is nearby, even some local attractions and train station are not too far. Car parking is right on the street below for a nominal weekly fee.
Provided supplies are only enough for around a day, which hosts can improve for like 5 euro per rental saving guests a trip to the shop. One of the shower cabins is tiny. Lock in one of the bathrooms was impossible to use. Not a big deal for us given the location and overall experience but thought this may be useful for others.
