Swimming pool was dirty and filled with mud. - basically unusable. Caretaker's excuse the filter has not been working because there had been no power for 2 days - The images shown on website and how the property look are poles apart - no upkeep, dead grass, dirty window panes, no decor items which were shown in pics to beautify the rooms, etc. So dont go by images you see. - Food was being delivered by cloud kitchen. Our first meal was more salt than food. Later most meals were at best below average. The food was cooked elsewhere and by the time it came to our villa rotis reminded me of my hostel days.. -We were welcomed by remains of previous night's party on sofa creeks ,,reminded me of hostel days again - There was one working ac remote for 4 acs in the house. If the person on 1st floor wants to change temperature on AC in the night then he'd have to come down pick up remote and do that. Beat that. - We had also requested events team to do decoration for us. They were extremely confident of designs we discussed on phone till it came to execution by vendor on-ground. Vendor screwed it up badly and my wife was pissed with decoration for my son's birthday. - The listing says there are 3 secured car parking. There were only 2. White lies - The listing said there are ac/s in all rooms. and conveniently chose to stay quiet about there being no ac in the living room. - Water filter that was rickety and old and gave us no confidence- perhaps it was also because we saw swimming pool water cleanliness standards and got scared. we instead got mineral water bottles for our entire stay
