Nice stay

The property was good and our stay was very nice and confortable. It was worth the money. The room was nice and clean and food was good.

They entrance road leading needs a bit working.

Pleasant two day trip

Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean & spacious. Good car parking for individuals but may become an issue if all three rooms in a block are booked with all having cars. Staff was friendly.

There is fixed timing for food & even tea serving. No kids play area. During my stay the dinner quality was not good.

Value for Money.

The property is very aptly located. Just 15 mins from Tiger Point and 15 mins from Lonavala centre. The room were very spacious and extremely comfortable. A small attached balcony was the best part. The room had good huge windows allowing the room to be airy all the time. The in-house restaurant is also very good offering a lot of varieties.

Food. Restaurant, their staff and their food was the best part of this stay. Staff is in general courteous helpful. They also help to arrange transport for return. Also, restaurant has a section for party which is very cool place with nice interiors.

Cleanliness and overall room quality only average. We booked a balcony room bcoz of balcony pics shown in the hotel ad. But actually got a very small 2*2 space...which was hardly what could be imagined from the pics. Pool was ok. Spa was expensive but not effective ..no value for money the spa. Dnt take it. Games area was ok.

The cost charged didn't meet the standard provided. Bed had cockroaches and the linen was dirty, had to ask them to change.

Very good resort

Facilities - swimming pool, gaming zone, rooms were very good and breakfast was exceptional. The restaurant serves really amazing food.

There is a small strip of road leading to the resort which it's just stones, if you are going by car that road might make you turn back. The mini theatre needs maintenance and cleaning

Interior decoration is not good. Restaurant is too dark, not well maintained. Rooms interior is old fashioned. Bathrooms are old. Entrance to backside rooms is very bad. I have never seen a/c ODU and drainage covers in entrance of rooms.

Our stay was made very pleasant because of the staff and very tasty food.

Breakfast was very tasty. Staff was very helpful and brought hot puris, toast, dosas, etc, in addition to the buffet. All the staff were very courteous, supportive and helpful, which contributed to a very enjoyable experience. Location is very good.

The bar on the 3rd floor offers awesome views but was closed during our stay. Would have loved to spend time there.
