This hotel truly exceeded my group's expectations! Alice at the front desk was phenomenal and truly made our stay. She was so knowledgable about the surrounding area an different hikes and lakes in the area. She was very personable and took the time to get to know us and give us fantastic recommendations. The scenery outside of this hotel is breathtaking and stunning. We could not get enough of the views. The balcony views from the room were great and there seemed to be great views on all sides on the hotel. It was a charming, older hotel but it was very updated and din't show the age at all. Room was very spacious as was bathroom! Rates were very affordable and in my opinion a really good deal!

The staff in the breakfast room could have been a little friendlier and it also would be really nice to be able to eat breakfast outside on the terrace outside of the dining room. The scenery around the hotel is so gorgeous it would have been nice to enjoy it during breakfast!

We were so pleased with our stay here! A few friends traveling through the Dolomites, and this was a surprisingly affordable stay in Cortina. The room was amazing - plentiful space and amenities and even a little balcony which made the morning amazing. Alice at the desk was a delight and gave us some great recommendations!

The room got a little warm in the summer. but was not really an issue - we loved this place

The location is close to one of the lifts. Unfortunately it was not working

The breakfast was basic. The egs came after we were finished. The dinner was ordered in advance and quite limited choice. The word sport in the name of the hotel is misleading.

The breakfast was good and people working at the hotel nice.

The room was very noisy. We could literally understand what people were saying in the other rooms. The owner wasn't very friendly and accomodating to our requests. We asked him to change our reservation from 3 people to 2 people because of covid -> very complicated to do trying to find excuses to not doing it. We asked him to reduce the heating because the room at night was too warm -> impossible to reduce as we were the only room complaining.

The staff were all outstanding! Alicia checked us in and was so welcoming and friendly - she even remembered the name of our dog the next day! Her English was impeccable. The gentleman who I believed owns the place was very kind and friendly and we were able to communicate just fine with our limited knowledge of the others language. The breakfast was nice, plenty to choose from in my opinion. A very nice woman came and took our coffee orders each day . I felt welcomed even though I am not a very good Italian speaker and that made the experience all the more wonderful! Rooms were super clean and quiet. We had a beautiful view from our window and terrace. We ate dinner one night at the hotel restaurant and it was such a pleasant experience. They are so organized and efficient! Great location if you want to be near enough to town yet far enough to leave behind the activity of downtown. I absolutely loved this place and will be back as soon as I am able!!
