location- prime view - stunning and lovely

room - worst, bad, smelly carpets reception - bad welcome and did not meet our requirement staff - wearing torn uniforms

Good choice of breakfast, beautiful view from rooftop restaurant, lots of old school charm, friendly staff.

Door to balcony did not close well, water temperature in shower impossible to control, bathtub slippery.

The view from the roof is amazing. the room was spacious. Staff were welcoming and decent ( this point improved vs. before). Christine was very professional & sweet and made sure we got all what we needed.

Breakfast variety/quality is somehow poor.. the best two points regarding breakfast is the freshly pressed juices and the perfect view over the Mediterranean

The location! The location. The early 1900 lush and lavish style. The staff! Whether at the door, at the reception, in the corridors or on the rooftop restaurant, they always show a 100% hospitality attitude, with some extras you have to discover yourself. A special thanks to Christina, who served me delicious lemon juice and offered me sweet cookies. And Clara and Alia the reception who welcomed me with a big smile

the place is so confirmable and clean,I like Dina she is so clean and presentable , also Christina from customer care, she care and friendly, and helped us a lot

the chairs noise from the roof up as we were under the Resturant, which can’t let us sleep , the water in the shower has to be fixed as can’t get the right temp of the water
