Only one elevator works, so you have to wait a long time to get up or down. The hotel staff are not very welcoming. I left a full day before my appointment. Even the receptionist did not bother to ask about the reason for my departure. More importantly, she asked to pay 75 pounds for parking the car. The bed mattresses are very bad. The room smells bad, the rooms are very cramped, and the prices are very exaggerated

The elevators were a real burden. Two small elevators (can take 3-4 persons at most) for such a big hotel is a big bottleneck. Also it seems old and not well maintained.
