The staff were helpful and friendly. Drinks offered on arrival. Rooms very clean. The rooftop garden was lovely. Central location. Room soundproofed from traffic.
Room wasn't what I asked for (a double instead of a twin and no twins available despite me booking 3 months early). No room to manoeuvre wheelchair. Shower door not wide enough to stop floor flooding. Bathroom door faulty and had to be fixed immediately. Prices at the rooftop bar extortionate even for London! Aircon broke after the 1st night. Room hot and stuffy without it and very noisy with the window open. No refund given for room downgrade.

Good value particularly for a 4 star hotel. I liked the decor and the welcome- even if I couldn’t use the front door half the time.
A gym would be great. A swimming pool even better but probably unattainable now.
I would have liked to get in for breakfast a little earlier and I could not log into the WiFi. It wasn’t critical so I didn’t ask for help, but would have been good to stream to the tv.

The roof bar was lovely. Especially at sunset. Easy access to landmarks.

Die Lage ist perfekt um überall schnell zu sein. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Die Badewanne hat mehrere schwarze Schimmelflecken, das Wasser kam nicht nur aus dem Duschkopf, die Dichtung der Duschwand fehlte, es roch zwischenzeitlich extrem abgestanden und modrig, die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht gekühlt.
Der Putzservice sollte einheitlicher sein. Wir haben Hamdtücher absichtlich nicht auf den Boden gelegt sondern mitunter über den Stuhl und als wir abends wieder kamen waren alle Handtücher im Bad und keiner wusste mehr welches wem gehört. Schlafanzüge lagen oft auf dem Nachtisch, das gab ein Gefühl von, eigentlich sind sie noch nicht fertig. Die Trinkgläser wurden nachdem wir diese genutzt haben am nächsten Tag nicht ausgetauscht.

We stayed for 2 nights and loved our stay! Room was very spacious, was a great location next to the station/underground for getting around London. Staff were very friendly. Looking to come back next year :)

Die betten wurden immer gemacht und Handtücher wurden immer ausgetauscht.
Das Personal war hilfsbereit.
Die Sauberkeit. Nach 3 Tagen lagen meine benutzen Augenpads immer noch da.
Wir haben eine Kakerlake getötet.
Es wurde in meinen Augen nicht richtig geputz.
Oft saß das Personal mi Handy auf der Couch.
Die Tür ging nicht richtig.
Im Restaurant . Kamen auf die Hohen Preise noch 20 % Vax dazu.
Das fand ich sehr teuer und frech.

L'insonorisation! Malheureusement entendre l'alarme de son voisin de chambre ou sonnerie n'est pas agréable.

I asked for twin beds which were provided but pushed together so was still like double really.
We we're given a disabled access room-why? It wasn't a request. The tea , hot chocolate sachets looked like they'd been there a while. The dried flowers in the bathroom were awful as was the plastic Christmas foliage decorations and fake presents in the foyer. To be honest we we're expecting something a bit more hip.

Het aanwezige vriendelijke personeel en bereidwilligheid om je tot dienst te zijn.
Echter niet iedere medewerker is de Engelse taal goed machtig. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is een beetje zoek en voor een ontbijt een minimaal 25,- bedrag is toch echt te veel.

Toplocatie en binnen no time met de underground in het centrum
Er is aan de kamer toch wel wat achterstallig onderhoud, kitnaden die zwart zijn en los laten. Onze douchedeur zat los. Daarnaast lagen wij op een tweepersoons bed maar was de ene kant hoger dan de andere kant. Hierdoor moest je eigenlijk op een kant blijven liggen.

Nice room, nice bed. Location pretty close to everything with bus stop and train station pretty close.

The staff catered for our prior requests effortlessly. The room was fantastic with an amazing view. Staff were so friendly and the service was excellent, the rooftop bar is amazing with a fantastic view across London. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again.

We had a large room which was perfect for 3 of us. Breakfast was fantastic, best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel. Check-in had a lovely touch with the welcome snacks and drinks.

The location was okay, short walk to the London eye and restaurants. As a solo traveller I felt safe in this area walking to everything I needed. Had issues with the TV, maintenance went above and beyond to fix this for me. Staff were great.
Felt as though my room wasn’t like the pictures, it also stated lots of windows in my room description and the photos showed this however the room was pretty tiny and the window was also very tiny compared to what it made out I was getting.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to the lad who served us for my sister's birthday meal. 24th June. He couldn't do any more for us. Very professional and kind.

The size
The condition of the room.There were several problems with the room, toilet flush broken - wouldn't stop filling, bathroom door/screen didn't close.
Room was covered in dust. Water damage marks all over the ceiling and blown window sill.

Check was amazing, we arrived early and our room was ready and there was a welcome drink as well.
The roof top bar is really nice and gives a good view of London, prices were in keeping with similar bars in the area.
The staff around the hotel were friendly and helpful.
For the price we paid for the room breakfast should be included.
